Disabled Adaptations

If you think you need your home adapted to meet your changing needs, we are able to offer advice and in many cases assistance. The type of work involves for example

• Bathroom to wet room conversions
• Help with Hygiene. Integrated washing and drying (i.e. bio bidets and Closomats)
• Stair lifts
• Ramps and rails for primary access
• Adaptions to kitchens and living areas
• Internal grab rails and banisters
• Widening doors

If you meet the required criteria and have been assessed by the Occupational Therapy team at SELBRO, you may qualify for a disabled adaption grant to help towards the costs. Please contact us for further details.

Where you are unable to access a grant to help we can still help you carry out the work, but you would be required to pay for the works yourself. Again, please contact us for further information.
