Allpay now available for OHAL residents

As of today 24 July we are delighted to announce a change to the way we collect Direct Debits. The Association will be using allpay ltd. payment system to offer Direct Debit collections to our tenants and residents. Allpay offer their direct debit service to over 500 housing associations across the UK and offers payments on every date of the month and at multiple frequencies. This results in a simple, safe and speedy service to enable you to pay your rent or occupancy charge.

If you have an existing Direct Debit with the Association you do not need to take any action. Both ourselves and allpay will be writing to you in the next few weeks to explain when your existing Direct Debit will transfer over however, your payments will continue to be collected as normal.

If paying by Direct Debit isn’t for you, you can ask for an allpay payment card at our office. This card will allow you to pay your rent or occupancy charge at any Post Office or store with a PayPoint sign.
