You will be told if the repair is your responsibilty. If you still wish the Association to undertake the repairs on your behalf you will be recharged the full cost.
Outside of office hours, the OIC Building Inspector provides coverage. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had to use this service.
This service is only to be used in the case of an emergency. If you use this service for ineligible repairs you will be recharged both the out of hours call (currently £36.00 incl. VAT) plus the cost of the contractor attending.
Sharing owners are responsible for their own repairs and should be aware that if they use this service they will be recharged.
